What is HorizonShield?

A unified cybersecurity platform that brings detection, response, training, and intelligence into one place — built for teams that need a clear picture of risk without stitching together a dozen tools.

Who is it for?

Mid-market and enterprise security teams, managed security providers serving them, and growing companies who want enterprise-grade defense without enterprise-grade complexity.

Where is the platform hosted?

HorizonShield runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves under our direct control. Data residency for specific regions is available on request.

Pricing and plans

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of monitored assets and the modules you enable. There is a starter tier for small teams and bespoke pricing for larger deployments.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided pilot program rather than a self-serve trial — see the Pilot Program page. Most pilots run for thirty days with a dedicated onboarding contact.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Plans can be changed at any renewal. Mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated.

Onboarding and support

How long does onboarding take?

A standard rollout takes one to four weeks depending on the size of your environment and the modules in scope.

What support do you offer?

Email support is included on every plan. Higher tiers add live chat, dedicated contacts, and faster response targets. Full details are on the Support page.

Do you offer training?

Yes. The Academy on the platform contains lessons, courses, and challenges for every role on a security team, from analyst to executive.

Privacy and compliance

Do you sell customer data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.

Do you use customer data to train AI?

Not for external models. HS Brain is trained on our own corpus and tuned per-customer only with explicit, contractual consent.
