What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), audit log of actions in the platform, telemetry needed to operate HS Shield. We do not sell data.
Why we collect it
To deliver the service, prevent abuse, and comply with regulations applicable to the customer.
Where it lives
Data is hosted on infrastructure we own. Backups are encrypted and replicated to a separate disaster-recovery site plus encrypted off-site storage.
