Public terms are presented alongside the same trust and audit posture as the platform.

Acceptable use

Use HS Shield to defend systems you are authorized to defend. No use to attack others, period.

Best-effort uptime; SLA terms vary by plan and are listed in your subscription contract.

Billing is arranged per your subscription contract (invoice or card); cancellation terms are stated in your order form.

Our liability is capped at the prior 12 months of fees paid. Standard SaaS terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your subscription contract.
